Eric joined GLG LLP in 2025 as an associate lawyer in the firm’s corporate and commercial law group. He works closely with the firm’s partners on a wide range of transactional and advisory matters, assisting businesses in navigating growth, restructuring, and strategic acquisitions.

Eric’s practice covers a broad spectrum of corporate transactions and services, including the drafting and negotiation of:

• Share and Asset Purchases and Sales;
• Corporate Governance;
• Mergers & Acquisitions
• Corporate Reorganizations;
• Commercial Financings;
• Commercial Agreements.

Eric takes a practical and business-minded approach to each file, shaped by his combined legal and business background. He is detail-oriented, responsive, and committed to understanding each client’s objectives in order to provide clear, actionable advice. With several years of experience supporting private companies, Eric is relied upon to assist with both day-to-day legal needs and complex strategic transactions.
Prior to joining GLG LLP, Eric practiced as a corporate and tax lawyer at a law firm affiliated with a Big Four accounting firm. He earned his JD/HBA through the combined program at Western Law and the Ivey Business School in 2021.

Outside of his legal practice, Eric serves as Chairman of the Appeal Committee at the Ontario Hockey Federation, where he helps adjudicate organizational rules. He also acts as Corporate Secretary of Rowing Canada Aviron, supporting the Board of Directors and Members with governance matters. In his personal time, Eric enjoys golfing, spending time with family and friends, and following his favourite sports teams.
